Lake Burera and Lake Ruhondo
Pickup from designated locations in Kigali in the morning and drive to Musanze (approx. 2.5–3 hours). Lunch in Musanze town, followed by an afternoon transfer to Lake Burera.
Enjoy a guided lakeside nature walk with open views of Mounts Muhabura, Bisoke, and Gahinga. Visit nearby communities to learn about daily rural life, including banana and maize farming. The day ends with sunset views and photography over Lake Burera.
