Singing Barkhan
We will start our trip in the morning to reach Basshy village at noon. Basshy village is a base point for both natural sights of Altyn-Emel National Park. After a nice lunch at the guest house we will visit Singing Dune.
This place is a natural phenomenon. In the middle of the steppe there is a huge sand dune. It looks like somebody moved it from Sahara desert. And when people slide down the dune it really sings! You will have free time to hike the dune and enjoy local natural beauty.
On the way there is a chance to see animals which inhabit this reserve area. Some of them are in the Red List. Mountain sheep, gazelle, Przewalski's horse, saiga, stork, golden eagle, crane, etc.

Altyn-Emel National Park
Altyn Emel National Park is one of the most diverse national parks in Kazakhstan. And it has this atmosphere of untouched ancient nature as well. Although most of the territory in the park are martian landscapes, there is also an Ili river with fresh mountain waters.
