8:00 am Tour guide and car from Paradise Indochina Travel come to pick you up at your hotels (or from Noi Bai Airport) the go to Mai Chau (170 kilometers from Hanoi). Enjoying the beautiful scenery of the rural areas on the way

Thung Khe Pass
Stop over on the way with spectacular views around every bend at Thung Khe pass which is an impressive mountain pass in Mai Chau.
Close to the top of the mountain pass, you will find here a number of small restaurants and shops, with thatched roofs, a few tables, chairs and hot teapots ready for the guests who stop. These shops are close to the abyss and are also called the Thung Khe market. Buses from Hanoi often stop here for something to eat and enjoy the view. It can be very chill and when you are unlucky you are in the clouds so you don’t have a view. On the “market” you can buy food and things that come directly from the area.
The Thung Khe Pass flagpole or also called the Mai Chau Flagpole or Mai Chau viewpoint is probably the highlight of the entire mountain pass. From here you have a great view over the Mai Chau valley, which you probably already saw on photos when you googled for Mai Chau.

Lac Village
12:00 Upon arrival at Lac village in Mai Chau, after short break the tour guide will take a short walk to visit the ethnic Thai people.
12:30 Lunch has been arranged at the village. After lunch, group will head to Puluong

Don Village
14:00 Continue driving around 20 km more to Puluong Nature Reserve then start a 2 to 3 hour walk through beautiful hill side villages, magnificent rice paddies, seeing hand crafted bamboo water wheels. The highlight on this walk is experiencing the beauty of Pu luong Nature Reserve, the everyday life and culture of the white Thai people.
Become a part of local life when we are welcomed as honored guests at a traditional Thai home on stilts. Here in Hang village we will have a traditional dinner and stay the night.
