Itinerary
1
Hanoi
We start at meeting point right on the center of Old Quarter.
We will try 6 - 7 different dishes. There 4 - 5 savory dishes, 1 dessert (ice cream or fruits) and 1 egg coffee.
This is menu. Vegetarian dishes are available. Vegan dishes are only available if you can eat fish sauce.
1/ We start with Banh Xeo (crispy pancake)
2/ Next stop, you have chance to try Vietnamese typical breakfast: Banh Mi (sandwich)
3/ Then, we keep walking to next savory dish: Banh Cuon (steamed Rice Rolls)
4/ It will be a big mistake if we skip noodle dishes in Hanoi. We will try: Bun Cha (grilled pork noodles) or Mien Tron (dried vermicellies with chicken) or Pho (beef or chicken noodles).
5/ Last savory will be some spring rolls or fermented pork or balut (duck embryo - adventure option)
6/ Time for dessert. We will try ice cream or mixed fruits
7/ We will end up with egg coffee.
