After reaching the city, head towards the most prominent Muslim religious site in India, Jama Masjid is one of the largest mosques in India. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built it between 1644 and 1656. Three grand gates and four towers protect the mosque. The enormous courtyard boasts a space that can accommodate more than 25000 people at a time.

Next, visit the brilliant architectural wonder is a historical fort in Delhi, Red Fort was the main residence of the emperor of the Mughal Dynasty for more than 200 years. It was the house of the Mughal emperors and the political and cultural center of the Mughal state. Once the capital of the Mughal empire, the fort lies along the famous Yamuna River.

After visiting the famous Red Fort, explore the tallest building in India, Qutub Minar has been a highly important historical attraction in the capital city. It is a part of the Qutub Complex, also declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the most famous places to see in north Delhi. The tower was built with red sandstone and marble making its height up to 73 meters and giving a tower-like structure.

Next, head to the famous Maqbera e Humayun, the Tomb of Humayun is a major historical site in India and one of Delhi's best places to visit. It is the tomb of the famous Mughal Emperor of India, Humayun. The tomb was commissioned by the first wife of Humayun, who was the chief consort as well, Empress Bega Begum.

Afterward, we headed to see the famous War Memorial of Delhi. It was built to commemorate the 82000 soldiers of the Indian Army who lost their lives during the First World War. India Gate is world famous as the triumphal arch that looks like the Arch of Constantine and is compared to the Arc de Triomphe and Gateway of India in Mumbai.

Lastly, drive through the Rashtrapati Bhawan in Delhi. The Presidential Residence, formerly the Viceroy’s House, is Delhi's most popular Rashtrapati Bhawan. It is the home of the President of India, officially. The mansion or the main building accommodates the president’s official residence, offices, halls, and guest rooms.

After exploring Delhi, get ready to take a drive from Delhi to Agra, the Taj City of India. The destination is approximately 240 kilometers which can be traveled in 4 to 5 hours. After reaching the city, get transferred to the pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay in Agra.
