1
Lake Quinault
Leave Seattle and journey to the southern end of Olympic National Park and Lake Quinault. Explore some of the largest trees in the world as you wander through the old-growth rainforests surrounding the lake, and soak in the serenity that's already such a change from the bustle of the city only a few hours distant.

2
Kalaloch Ranger Station
Continue towards the coast, and watch how the giant trees become shorter and gnarled as you approach the wind-whipped beaches of Olympic National Park.
Take a walk along the coastline and keep your eye out for interesting seashells among the driftwood.
Dinner will be beachside with a campfire before an early night to prepare for tomorrow's adventures.
