Meet your private guide and driver at your downtown hotel in Luoyang and transferred by an air-conditioned and comfort private vehicle to Shaolin Temple (about 1.5 hours driving), which locates in Dengfeng County, Henan province. It was originally built in 495 in the Northern Wei Dynasty (368-534), reputed to be 'the Number One Temple under Heaven'. Accompanied by your tour guide, you will first visit Shanmen Hall, Hall of Heavenly Kings and Thousand-Buddha Hall.

Pagoda Forest of Shaolin Temple
Followed by the Pagoda Forest at Shaolin Temple, the most interesting part of the whole complex. It refers to the 228 stone or brick pagodas built from 791 AD during the Tang Dynasty through the Song Dynasty, Yuan Dynasty, Ming Dynasty, and Qing Dynasty.

Songshan Mountain
Then you will take a cable car to Mt.Song accompanied by your tour guide. It still takes about 2 hours if you want to reach to the top temple: Sanhuang Village Resort after the cable car arrives. So this part is an option for you.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to Luoyang.
