Start your day with an early morning pickup at your Beijing downtown hotel by your friendly driver, then transfer to Beijing South Railway Station to catch your departure train from Beijing to Shanghai (depart around 7:00am)

Zhujiajiao Ancient Town
Upon arrival, your private guide and driver will pick you up at Shanghai Train Station and transfer to Zhujiajiao Water Town (approximately 1 hour). First, you will stop for a nice lunch at a local restaurant. Then visit the water town. It is reputed as "Venice of Shanghai", listed as one of the top four cultural ancient towns in Shanghai. You can wander along the canal, stroll around the old lanes, try some local snacks. Or enjoy a relaxing boat riding(at your own expense) to see the beautiful surroundings.

After Zhujiajiao Water Town, you will be transferred to Shanghai City and stroll around the Bund, which is the most popular place in Shanghai, where you will see colonial buildings along Huangpu river and skyscraper views, including the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai World Financial and Shanghai Tower.
