Day 1: Dubai – Desert Driving - Desert Camp (D) Begin your 1- or 2-night trip with a hotel pickup and collect your air-conditioned Jeep. Get a safety briefing, driving instructions and a walkie-talkie, and drive your 4x4 along the tarmac roads into the desert.
After deflating your tires for off-road driving, leave the tarmac and cross the undulating sands to Pink Rock dune. Learn the desert-driving essentials here, swapping driving with your passengers as you wish. Watch for camels and desert wildlife, and make photo stops on route to Big Red, a beautiful area of high dunes.
