Inner City Trip: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park and Temple of Heaven

Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang)
You will visit the Tiananmen Square, the biggest city square in the world. There are the Great Hall of People, Chairman Mao's Mausoleum and National Museum in the Square.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum
You will be guided through this Imperial Residence for almost 600 years in the last two dynasties in China, to find out the histories flow between the archaic buildings, and to feel the massiveness of this wooden structural complex.

Jingshan Park (Jingshan Gongyuan)
After exit the Forbidden City, you can choose to climb the hill in Jingshan Park, to get to the top pavilion to over look the whole Forbidden City.

Temple of Heaven
This is the heaven worshipping place for almost 600 years during the last two dynasties in China.
You will see the magnificent altar and the relics used during the ceremony in there. And then have a nice walk through the Park Area to find out how local aged people spend their day there and look for a secret date matching spot in there.
