This morning you will be collected from your accommodation in Istanbul and taken to the airport to fly onto Cappadocia. On arrival into Cappadocia you will be transferred to your accommodation to freshen up to begin your day in this amazing area of Turkey.

Fairy Chimneys
Your day will start with a pick up at 9:30am to head off for the North Cappadocia Tour. This tour is a mix of the ancient history surrounding this area as well as getting to take in some of the best vantage points that showcase why Cappadocia is put on the tourist trail. Enjoy the views and ensure your camera batteries are charged at Goreme Esentepe and Pasabag. The Esentepe will give you a full panoramic view over the whole area, whilst Pasabag shows off the 3 headed fairy chimney that is famous to the area.

Goreme Open-Air Museum
Absorb yourself in the local history with a visit to the Open Air Museum where you can see where early Christian settlements took up refuge in times of persecution. View the amazing frescos that they left behind in the cave like dwellings. You will also visit Avanos, a town famous for its pottery production that dates back to 3000 B.C. Heading to the Devrent Valley that is well known for its moonlike landscape and one more amazing view at the Three Beauties, which takes in the town of Urgup. After getting a taste of what this area has to offer all day you will be transferred back to your accommodation at the end of the day around 17:00pm.
