Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van. 12 kms - 6 hours trekking

Ta Van Village
Your guide will meet you at 9.00 a.m. in Sapa, either at your homestay, hotel or from Lao Cai train station (closest station to Sapa).
You will trek through rice terraces and along Muonh Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Experience the beautiful landscape of Hoang Lien Son mountain and discover Handicraft village, daily life of local tribal people.
You will enjoy an authentic delicious lunch, either at the home of a villager or at a restaurant.
After lunch, your trek will continue to Ta Van village which is home to the Zay Tribe.
In the afternoon you will arrive at a local house or home stay to the stay the night. The evening will be spent chatting over an open fire, drinking wine, eating dinner learning how to cook (if you wish) or just relax and enjoy the sunset.
