The Meditation with Mustangs session is 1.5 hours long and tailored to the individuals experience and comfortability. During the session we will practice conscious grooming, coherent breathing and observation of equine behaviors and energy. The focus of the session is about awareness of the horse and personal self awareness while interacting with these incredible sentient beings. The horse has alway represented power and these amazing animals teach us about how we can stay in our true authentic power. We will pull a card from the Tao of Equus pack that will bring enlightenment to the session and guiding information from the equine ancestral consciousness.
