1
Lisbon Cathedral
At Lisbon’s See, also known as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore, visitors will visit the city’s oldest religious building, built in the 12th century after the Christian reconquest.
During the parade, I will explain the historical importance of this cathedral, which has resisted earthquakes, invasions and centuries of transformations. With its imposing Romanesque architecture, it is one of Lisbon’s most iconic landmarks.
In addition to admiring its majestic facade and iconic towers, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the history linked to the foundation of Lisbon, as well as curious stories about the medieval times of the city.
It is an essential stop for those who want to understand the historical and religious roots of Lisbon!

Miradouro Das Portas Do Sol
At the Miradouro das Portas do Sol, travelers will enjoy one of Lisbon’s most iconic views, perfect for photos and unforgettable moments. From this high point, you can admire the labyrinth of Alfama streets, the Tejo at the bottom, the typical red roofs and historic monuments such as the Church of St. Vincent de Fora.
During the stop, I tell the story of this viewpoint and the ancient gate of the medieval city that gives it its name. I also explain the strategic importance of this place for the defense of the city and the role of Alfama as the cradle of Lisbon culture.
It’s a vibrant place where the past and the present intersect – and where Lisbon shows all its beauty and authenticity.

Igreja de Sao Vicente de Fora
The Church of St. Vincent de Fora is one of the most important religious monuments in Lisbon, dedicated to St. Vincent, the patron of the city. Built in the 16th century after the restoration of Portuguese independence, it combines elements of Manierist and Baroque style.
During the visit, visitors will admire its impressive white facade, the cloisters decorated with historic tiled panels and learn about the history of this sacred place. In the interior, you can find the tombs of the kings of the Bragança dynasty, one of the most influential in the history of Portugal.
It is a place of great cultural and spiritual value, which offers a deep look at the religious and monarchical identity of Lisbon. A true hidden gem, with a lot of history to tell.

Miradouro de Santa Luzia
At the Miradouro de Santa Luzia, travelers will find one of Lisbon’s most romantic and photogenic views. With a beautiful terrace decorated with traditional tiles and covered with buganvillas, this viewpoint offers a charming landscape over the roofs of Alfama, the Tejo River and the dome of the National Pantheon.
During the stop, I tell the story behind the tiles, which portray scenes from Lisbon’s past, and tell curiosities about the Alfama neighborhood, the oldest in the city. It is a place that conveys peace, beauty and a true Lisbon atmosphere.
Ideal for taking amazing photos and feeling the historic soul of Lisbon with all the charm that only this viewpoint offers.

Miradouro da Senhora do Monte
At the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, travelers will enjoy one of Lisbon’s most stunning panoramic views. This is the highest point of the city’s historic centre, with an amazing view over the Castillo de San Jorge, the Rio Tejo, the Baixa Pombalina and up to the 25th of April Bridge.
During the parade, I will have the pleasure to share curiosities about the history of this viewpoint, its chapel dedicated to the Lady of the Mount and its significance for the Lisboetas. It is the perfect place to take unforgettable photos, relax for a few minutes and enjoy the true essence of Lisbon, away from the tourist movement.
It will undoubtedly be one of the most memorable moments of the tour!

Panteao Nacional
At the National Pantheon, visitors can see one of Lisbon’s most imposing and symbolic buildings. Located on the hill of St. Vincent, this ancient Baroque temple — which took almost 300 years to be completed — is today the place where distinguished figures from Portuguese history are buried, such as Amália Rodrigues, Eusébio and former presidents of the Republic.
During the stop, I explain the fascinating history of its construction, its impressive proportions and the magnificent panoramic view from the top of the dome. It is a place that blends art, architecture, memory and emotion.
