Itinerary
After the meet and greet we will start the eFoil surfing lesson with on the beach safety instructions and basics about the Fliteboard and eFoiling. We will then put the safety gear on and move to the sea.
At the sea, we will start with positioning our body laying down on our belly. Once we feel comfortable moving on the eFoil in this position and your feel of Fliteboard is there we will move into the kneeling position. From this position we will learn to balance and lift ourselves up to the flight (bringing Fliteboard into the surf position above sea level).
