The church is built in the largest tower of the Sighnaghi fence, which is called the "King or Kiziki Tower". St. Stephen's Church is one of the most interesting and distinguished monuments of Sighnaghi.

Gremi Citadel and Church of the Archangels
On our way from Sighnaghi toward Kvareli, we will pass the iconic Gremi Citadel. This 16th-century architectural monument was once the capital of the Kingdom of Kakheti. Its dramatic silhouette against the mountains is one of the most photographed sights in the region.

The grand finale of your tour. Explore a massive 7.7-kilometer tunnel carved deep into the Caucasus mountains. You have the total freedom to choose and purchase your own experience upon arrival—whether that is a simple walking tour of the tunnel, a premium wine tasting, or a hands-on masterclass baking Georgian Puri bread and making Churchkhela.
