As the evening continues, you’ll try a variety of classic Mexican dishes including pambazos dipped in chile sauce, hearty pozole, flame-grilled tacos de asada, slow-cooked carnaza, and al pastor sliced fresh from the spit. Throughout the walk, enjoy refreshers: rice-based horchata, tejuino, and zingy chamoy neives.
