The Sartorius Mountains (1,720 m) will be the place where we will wait for the sun to rise. They are ancient craters formed during the 1865 eruption. The name is a tribute to Wolfgang Sartorius von Waltershausen, the first scientist to catalog the volcano's eruptions in the 19th century.
