Popular among both locals and adventurous visitors, this humble open-air eatery captures the city’s old-school charm. Here, we’ll try two local favorites—grilled sotong bakar with its smoky aroma and spicy dipping sauce, as well as the refreshing, tangy-sweet rojak, a fruit and vegetable salad that perfectly balances flavors.
