After booking, travelers will receive a confirmation and are invited to provide flight details, pickup location, and destination information. For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor flight status and meet travelers in the arrival hall holding a name sign once customs and baggage claim are completed. Waiting time at the airport is included to allow for customs and immigration clearance. Transfers are private, direct, and adjusted according to traffic and traveler needs. Drop-off is provided directly at the selected destination, including hotels, airport, port, ferry terminal, marina, or private address.
