After booking, guests will receive a confirmation email from Mora Bali. Please make sure your flight number, arrival time, and hotel, villa address are entered correctly to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Step 2 – Reconfirmation
One day before your transfer, your operations team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to reconfirm all details. The driver’s name and phone number will also be shared at that time.
Step 3 – Meeting Point
Airport: The driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), holding a sign with your name on it.
Hotel: Pickup will take place in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
