Frantoio Vallarella
- To start we will take a walk among the olive trees of the Barletta countryside, located in the heart of Puglia.
- The host will talk and explain the extraordinary nature of the ancient olive trees and how we proceed to harvest.
- We continue with the guided tour of the innovative Vallarella Oil Mill built in 2020, you will discover all the different stages from production, through extraction and bottling.
- Discover the meaning of the real cold-pressed oil and become a miller/master for a day, give voice to your senses (sight, smell and taste) following the directions that the host will advise you to proceed to the tasting.
Taste 3 types of award-winning extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegar accompanied by bruschetta and taralli.
