Begin in Maya Center Village at an organic cacao farm, where you’ll walk among cacao trees and learn the journey from pod to bean to bar. With guidance from farmer Narciso, discover the ancient process of fermentation, drying, and roasting before heading into the chocolate house for a hands-on experience. Grind cacao on traditional Mayan stones and create your very own chocolate bar, savoring the rich aromas and flavors along the way.
