Join me on a sunny terrace in La Spezia for a unique hands-on class on making authentic Limoncello and Orange Liqueur, using the fruit from my trees.
I will welcome you with a fresh homemade lemonade, along with Ligurian focaccia and local olives.
Together, we will choose the best lemons from the trees, peel them, prepare the infusion and learn all the secrets of these traditional Italian liqueurs. The atmosphere will be relaxed and friendly, perfect for food lovers and curious travelers.
After the class, you will enjoy a small tasting of my homemade Limoncello and Orange Liqueur, accompanied by local sweets.
