Volcan De Santa Ana O Ilamatepec
This expedition takes you through paths that wind through the vegetation to reach the crater, where a lagoon of a vibrant turquoise and the endless Pacific horizon await you as a reward.
Starting the hike at 7:30am, from Casa de Cristal, the duration of the climbing tour is about 1 1/2 hours, although it may vary depending on the pace of the group. During the walk, we will cross 3 unique ecosystems, each with its own viewpoint:
Cloud Forest
️ Altimontano moor (high mountain ecosystem)
Volcanic Casting (rock formations created by solidified lava)
When you reach the top, you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the crater and the volcanic landscapes that surround you.

After descending, we will head to lunch at Los Volcanes Bistro Café, a cosy and picturesque restaurant in the Cerro Verde area, where you can relax, enjoy a delicious coffee (not included) and capture unique moments in an unparalleled environment.
