Your day starts with a pickup by your tour guide, and then you’ll head towards Durrës. During the drive, your guide will share interesting facts and simple stories about Albania and the areas you pass. After about 1 hour, you’ll arrive in Durrës and begin a relaxed walking tour to feel the vibe of the city and learn about its history

Zu Fuß steigen wir hinab und besichtigen einen der alten Türme der Stadt, ein restauriertes Bauwerk, das als Panoramabalkon dient und einen atemberaubenden 360°-Blick auf Durrës und das Meer bietet. Dies ist eine großartige Gelegenheit, mehr über die Befestigungsanlagen zu erfahren, die einst diese strategische Hafenstadt schützten.

Anschließend besuchen wir das Amphitheater von Durrës, eines der bedeutendsten antiken Monumente Albaniens. Es ist das drittgrößte Amphitheater nach denen in Rom und Capua und ein bemerkenswertes Zeugnis der Römerzeit in dieser Stadt. Obwohl nur ein kleiner Teil davon freigelegt ist, haben wir die Möglichkeit, den für Besucher zugänglichen Bereich zu erkunden und uns die großartigen Spektakel vorzustellen, die einst hier stattfanden.

Then, you’ll have around 1 hour of free time at the Vollga Promenade. It’s the perfect moment to enjoy the sea view, grab a coffee, or shop for souvenirs.

After that, the tour continues to Golem Beach, the longest sandy beach in Albania. Here you’ll have 2.5 hours of free time to enjoy your day: have lunch, go for a swim, try fun activities, or simply relax by the sea with a drink. From May to September, everything is open and lively. If you’re visiting outside this period, some places might be quieter or closed, so we appreciate your understanding. After a relaxing and enjoyable day by the sea, we head back to Tirana with great memories
