The academy is much more than a cooking school where you can learn traditional dishes, it is an authentic experience that blends tradition, local flavors and Tuscan hospitality. The cooking class will take you on a sensory journey through the flavors and aromas of Tuscany. The staff will welcome you with a glass of prosecco, you will be given the chef's hat and apron. Our chefs will guide you revealing tricks and secrets of traditional cuisine. You will learn how to prepare traditional dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients. From the preparation of 3 fresh pastas (gnocchi, pici and tortelli), 3 seasonal sauces and conclude with the preparation of the famous tiramisu. Tasting of what is prepared with water and house wine. You will share the experience with other travellers.
