After a welcome and a quick briefing, you will be equipped (mask, snorkel, wetsuit or anti-UV lycra) and Scout on the use of the equipment.
You will then discover Free Underflying, a unique activity that consists of riding underwater with two underwater scooters attached to the legs.
The principle is simple: by controlling your position and the power of the scooters, you can move freely in the water... with a feeling close to underwater flight, a bit like you are flying underwater.
Supervised by an instructor, you will gradually learn to:
