Your local Foodie is waiting to take you to your first destination which is the Mercado Juarez or Mercado Local de Saltillo where we will know the ingredients we use in your traditional dishes as well as the most amazing local stories while we taste your first regional dish.

Your second destination is near the Plaza de San Francisco where we will visit the traditional cuisine of Doña Ines who will share the secrets of the dishes that have endured for generations on the palate of the Saltillenses while tasting them of course!

Your third destination is the cuisine of Chef Ivonne, known for her unconditional love of Mexico, we will live here a sensory gastro experience that awakens memories of childhood as well as memories recorded on Your palate. As at each stop we will taste and drink the richest of your menu cooked especially for us the Saltillo Food Tour!

We will walk along the capital promenade to the Alameda and visit the Saltillo Cathedral as well as museums, cafes and local produce stores. Along the way we will taste the delights that the "Antojitos" give us that fortunately keep giving us the best of our local history in every bite!

Your last gastronomic destination will be in a cafe outside a very famous bookstore inside one of the oldest houses in the beautiful historic center where we will do something that is very famous locally: Hechar Gosmecito! Hahaj

We will visit the Saltillo viewpoint preferably at sunset to enjoy a rich Snow of Bouquets and say goodbye for the beautiful day we have had before returning them to their hotels, homes, etc. or meeting point.
