Trim Castle, located in County Meath, Ireland, is the largest and most impressive Anglo-Norman fortification in the country, spanning 30,000 \(m^{2}\) along the River Boyne. Built starting around 1172 by Hugh de Lacy and his successors, the site features a unique 20-sided, three-storey cruciform keep, which was used for filming in the movie Braveheart.
