As you leave the sanctuary, the landscape opens into rolling hills and wide‑open ranchlands, with the Rockies slowly rising ahead like a promise. This stretch is also known for its incredible wild horse sightings — small bands grazing freely against the backdrop of the foothills, a scene that feels almost cinematic. Continuing west, the road winds past the community of Tsu Tina, where the prairies begin to tighten and the mountains draw closer.
