At REEL1, We provide a guided fishing shuttle. We'll outfit you in fishing gear and take you to and from our favorite fishing spot, we supply a spin rod, boot-foot waders and lures so you can "REEL" in a big "1". Your adventure begins just a short walk from Juneau’s cruise ports, where we’ll meet and gear up for a true Alaskan fishing experience. From there, we’ll head out to one of our favorite local fishing spots to spend about 90 minutes casting and reeling in hopes of catching all five species of Pacific salmon or Dolly Varden. We’ll provide everything you need: a rod and reel, lure, and boot-foot waders. After fishing, we’ll take a scenic 15-minute drive through town to a photo stop with a stunning view Mendenhall Glacier, one of Juneau’s most iconic sights. Finally, we’ll return you to the heart of downtown Juneau so you can continue exploring and make the most of your port day.

This tour combines shoreline salmon fishing with one of Alaska’s most popular dining experiences! Start your adventure by joining us for guided shore fishing, where we’ll provide the gear you need including spin rods, boot-foot waders, and lures. There you will have the chance to catch all 5 species of wild pacific salmon and dolly varden. After fishing, we’ll take you to an authentic Alaskan all-you-can-eat salmon bake featuring grilled salmon, bbq ribs, baked beans, wild-rice pilaf, au gratin potatoes, fresh salads, sides, beverages and blueberry cake. All while enjoying live local music in a fun and festive atmosphere. Beer and wine are also available for purchase. The experience continues after dinner with a short walk along a natural salmon-spawning creek to the historic Wagner Mine near beautiful Salmon Creek waterfall. Guests can pan for gold, explore mining relics, and keep an eye out for spawning salmon along the way.
