Nehmen Sie an praktischen Sitzungen teil und entdecken Sie die Kunst, Textilien wie Baumwolle und Leinen mit Pflanzen aus dem mediterranen Busch zu färben. Plants à Porter wurde von Martina Bellomi gestaltet und beleuchtet die schädlichen Auswirkungen von Fast Fashion und Industrieproduktion. Durch unsere Kurse verbinden sich die Teilnehmer mit der Natur und färben aktiv Textilien mit Lebensmittelabfällen, Pflanzen und Blumen. Über den Erwerb von Fähigkeiten hinaus fördern unsere Workshops eine tiefe Verbindung mit der Natur und fördern Nachhaltigkeit und Bewusstsein.

In this experience, perfect for both adults and children, you will learn how to cook pizza with us by cooking it in our wood-fired oven and tiramisù, drinking local wine and listening good music! You will be welcomed by me and my parents in our house in the countryside a few kilometers from Ostuni. After the cooking lesson we will have lunch together enjoying the tranquility of the Apulian countryside. Some of the ingredients that we will use (such as the tomato sauce or some vegetables) are self-produced so sometimes the pizza may be different depending on the season. We also offer vegetarian or vegan alternatives! After that you book we can be in touch and you can tell us if you have any preferences. We are looking forward to have you here!

This experience takes place in a beautiful private countryside villa and combines authentic Apulian cooking, traditional hospitality, and a refined dining atmosphere. With a local Nonna, you will learn how to prepare fresh handmade orecchiette pasta, following authentic Apulian tradition. After the cooking experience, you will discover the vibrant world of Pizzica, learning the basic steps of this traditional dance and experiencing the joy and energy that every Apulian feels when this incredible music begins to play. At the end of the experience, you will enjoy the freshly made orecchiette accompanied by a glass of local wine.
