You'll see the Alembic Charentais Cognac still where all of La Mare's spirits are crafted with a taste of Jersey Cream Liqueur in chocolate toasting cups You'll also have the opportunity to try the estate’s homemade chocolate, fudge and Jersey Black Butter. Originally built in 1914, the chapel is known for being one of the smallest in the world and is decorated beautifully in broken china, shells, and pebbles. The Little Chapel features in the book “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society,” upon which the recent film of the same name is based. Continue to Pleinmont Point where you will be able to see stunning views of the south coast and visit the restored German gun battery. Stop off for refreshments at the Guernsey Pearl.
