Join an evening excursion and follow cryptic radio transmissions and the lingering traces of two long-ago hikers to find the scenic trailhead where the real journey begins. This pathway leads toward a place filled with beauty, and proof that the legends of Whistler are true. Moment Factory, a global leader in video, lighting, sounds and special effects, will bring Whistler’s forests to life this summer with a brand-new show. This 1.5 km (summer) / 1km (winter) trail through an old growth forest will take visitors of all ages on an hour-long multimedia night walk in pursuit of hidden wonders. The entire experience takes place outside within a trail network which is partially levelled but not asphalted. The course initially heads up the hillside through a moderate gradient and a few sets of stairs before heading back down - the back half of the course is flatter. Including up and down, there are roughly 275 staircase steps.

Lynn Canyon is a short trail that includes a suspension bridge in an old-growth rainforest, stunning waterfalls and amazing pools. Located in the North Shore, a short 30 mins drive from downtown Vancouver. The park is quieter and more diverse than the crowded Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. We'll also stop at Cleveland Dam. With 20+ years of hiking, guiding and photography experience, I will take you on a fun and a safe outing while learning a valuable skill. As a photographer I’ll capture your memories, and send you complimentary photos at the end of our tour.

The Audain Art Museum opened in 2016 and was founded by Vancouver home builder and philanthropist Michael Audain and his wife Yoshiko Karasawa. The 56,000 square foot LEED certified structure is located in Whistler, British Columbia, and was designed by the award-winning architectural firm Patkau Architects. The Museum’s permanent collection showcases the Art of British Columbia from the late 18th century to present. Anchoring the collection is James Hart’s The Dance Screen (The Scream Too), the most significant contemporary carved cedar Dance Screen in the world. Other highlights include an important collection of 19th and 20th century First Nations masks and works by some of Canada’s most celebrated artists including Emily Carr, E.J. Led by an experienced photographer and tour guide, you’ll learn to take amazing photos of nature, landscape, wildlife and architecture. We'll cover techniques like long exposure, aperture, white balance and ISO for DSLR cameras, as well as camera phone tips. Alternatively, we can do photo shoots instead of learning photography if that's your interest. The best camera to bring are DSLRs but you’re also free to use your camera phone. Photography lessons/shoots, guided hike and transportation including ferry are included in the cost. Discover one of Whistler’s most unique locations on this fully guided hike to the Whistler Train Wreck. On this tour you will enjoy the pristine beauty of the coastal temperate rain forest, cross a suspension bridge spanning the mighty Cheakamus River, view a stunning hidden waterfall and spend time at the site of a once forgotten Train Wreck. The Whistler Train Wreck is a series of mangled up railway boxcars left from a crash that happened back in the 1950's. Over the years local artist have been in and painted the wreck in all kinds of vibrant graffiti, giving it a unique contrast from the towering cedar trees above and glacial stream below.

You will explore Stanley Park, see the Totem Poles, walk along the Seawall, stop at Lost Lagoon, English Bay and Sunset Beach Park, all the while capturing the golden hour, wintery scenery, and sunsets. Also includes photography lessons with your DSLR or smartphone, as well as complimentary photoshoots.

Fishing along the shoreline of several rivers in the stunningly beautiful Columbia River Valley. On these Walk & Wade trips you can expect detailed instruction. Demonstrating different casting methods, lure selection, and much more fishing/outdoor advice. We’ll be offering either fly-fishing or spin casting options. Walk & Wade trips will be fishing along the Columbia, Akolkolex and Eagle Rivers, depending on water conditions, and seasons. These trips will be including instruction on different fly-fishing cast, fly to use and different methods of present them, species identification, tying different fishing knots and other fishing/outdoor tips. Trips will be held on the Columbia River for the first couple months of operation. All fishing equipment necessary for the trip will be provided: tackle, rods, waders, photos / videos. A quality experience; with knowledgeable guided instruction.
