Camino de Salamanca
From Salamanca, enter the town at the first detour. Our cheese factory is located at the entrance on the left side.
From any other site, enter the town and follow Salamanca direction. We are at the exit on the right hand side.
We will be waiting for you at the entrance of the store.

They will learn about all the steps involved in making sheep's cheese, from the collection and unloading of the trucks, through its production, maturation and conservation, to enjoying it in a tasting of two varieties.
