The traveler makes the reservation indicating date, time, pickup location, destination and number of passengers. Upon receipt of the request, we confirm availability and send all service details (including driver and vehicle details if applicable).
2. Pre-service communication
Before the transfer, we contact you to reconfirm schedules and any relevant details (special luggage, child chairs, changes in flight, etc.). We monitor flights and trains to adapt to possible delays.
