Experience Japanese tea ceremony in Asakusa, Tokyo. We offer experiences based on the Edo Senke School. Edo Senke was founded in the Edo period by Kawakami Fuhaku, trained under Joshinsai, the seventh-generation head of Omote Senke. Fuhaku later brought tea ceremony to Edo, the city of samurai. Blending Kyoto’s refined tea culture with samurai discipline and the spirited nature of Edo townspeople, he created a unique style.
