Join us on a journey through wine, history and legend. In an ancient tavern, located in the historic Jewish ghetto district, you will participate in a tasting workshop with four wines born on your hills, accompanied by a platter of local specialties such as Bologna mortadella and Parma ham. A Bolognese oenologist will show you how the native vines express themselves on the different terroirs, depending on the winemaking method, to create a unique result in each bottle. Giancarlo will also show you the basics of sensory analysis, allowing you to examine the wines tasted according to their organoleptic components.
