This is our most social and scenic experience, designed to transition you from afternoon to evening overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The Welcome: We start with a crisp glass of Sparkling wine to refresh your palate and toast to the afternoon.
The Tasting: Over the next hour, you’ll explore five premium wines paired with a platter of local treats: organic cherry tomatoes, local cheeses, and olives, served alongside our estate olive oil and homemade sourdough bread.
The Golden Hour: As the sun begins to dip, the experience shifts. We serve our signature “WiNegroni” cocktail—a creative winery twist on the classic—allowing you to sit back, relax, and soak in the breathtaking sea view.
