يعتبر هذا المبنى من أجمل المباني التي بنيت قبل العصر الإسباني في المكسيك. وهو مزين بمنحوتات تزن طنًا واحدًا، تصور رؤوس ثعابين وإله المطر؛ بالإضافة إلى نقوش بارزة لأفاعي الجرس والأصداف والقواقع البحرية. وقد بُني المبنى حوالي عام ٢٥٠ بعد الميلاد، ثم دمره ودفنه سكان تيوتيهواكان أنفسهم في عام ٣٥٠ بعد الميلاد.

أحد أهم أهرامات المدينة، حيث تتوافق محاوره مع كوكب الزهرة والقمر، مما يسمح بربطه بشخصية أنثوية. يبلغ ارتفاعه ٤٥ مترًا وقاعدته ١٣٠ مترًا لكل جانب.

يعتبر ثالث أكبر مبنى في العصور القديمة، يبلغ ارتفاعه ٦٥ متراً وارتفاع قاعدته ٢٤٠-٢٤٥ متراً، استغرق بناؤه حوالي ١٥٠ عاماً، من بداية عصرنا إلى ١٥٠ عاماً، ويعتبر مركزاً لتقويم الأفق، لأن محاوره تتوافق مع شروق الشمس وغروبها في تواريخ محددة، وكذلك الانقلابات الشمسية، مما يقسم السنة الشمسية إلى فترتين كل منهما ٥٢ يوماً وفترتين كل منهما ١٣٠ يوماً.

We will visit an artisan workshop where we will explain how it was worked and the uses and type of the most important material, not only in Teotihuacan, but in all of ancient Mexico: obsidian, glass of volcanic origin. In addition, we will talk about the cultivation and uses of an agave that has been fundamental for millennia: maguey, as well as we can taste some of the products obtained from it, such as the fermented called pulque
