Discover and learn the mountain wines of Monte Baldo: breath the mountain air while admiring Lake Garda shining on the horizon. Learn how we cultivate the land and the vines at 700 meters above sea level, in an organic way, and how we give taste and flavor to our mountain wines, how the winemaking and aging process of our mountain wines takes place. Taste our home-made giardiniera, the local cold cuts and cheeses of the area, accompanied by our wines, on a terrace overlooking the Lake Garda.
Treat yourself to a day in the mountains, away from the chaos and heat of the cities, especially in summer.
We will take you on a tour in our vineyard to discover the vines and the nature that surrounds it. Strolling among the vines, and visiting the cellar, you will learn how our mountain organic wines are born: the cheerful Charmat Sparkling extra brut method, the still whites Traminer aromatic, a white with a captivating blend and an engaging taste, and the amazing red wine Pinot Noir 100%. Then, we will take you to the tasting room, which is framed by the wonderful view of Lake Garda. There, we will chat about how our vines are made, while enjoining a platter of local salami and cheeses and our home-made “giardiniera.” (An appetizer consisting of fresh chopped vegetables)
