Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Depending on the group's location, we will do our best to help you join the tour. Unfortunately, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may not be able to join.
