We will pick up the customer 5 minutes before departure.
The driver is friendly and will help customers with their luggage.
The trip lasts 9 to 10 hours and will stop a few times along the way for customers to have snacks and use the restroom. The driver can rest during the long journey.
Upon arrival in Sapa, the driver will assist customers with unloading their suitcases and check their belongings in the car to ensure they don't forget anything.
The driver concludes and wishes the customer a wonderful experience.
