Boost your sushi expertise with fun and engaging culinary sessions. Explore signature sushi recipes in this cooking class designed to bring your culinary skills to the next level. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn how to prepare your favorite restaurant-style sushi selections. Start by slicing raw fish and pressing it over rice and wasabi for nigiri. Next, learn how to cut fish for a traditional platter of sashimi. You'll also make hand-rolled temaki with nori and uramaki with rice and caviar. Finally, make chirashi, a bowl of vinegared rice topped with sashimi, an egg and other vegetables.
