سيسيمبرا
سنقود السيارة من لشبونة إلى القرية في سيسيمبرا وستستغرق الرحلة حوالي ٥٠ دقيقة. عند الوصول سنستعد للنزول إلى الماء (هذه هي اللحظة المناسبة لوضع كريم الوقاية من الشمس) وستتلقى إحاطة أمنية وفنية من المرشد.
