Start the experience in Omoide Yokocho, a famous narrow alley known for its nostalgic atmosphere, lantern-lit walkways, and tiny local bars and eateries. Our guests will learn about the area’s postwar history and how this small alley became one of Shinjuku’s most iconic night spots.

Next, our guests will walk through Kabukicho, Tokyo’s best-known entertainment district, filled with neon lights, lively streets, and a unique night time atmosphere. Guests will explore the area while learning about its history, culture, and why it remains one of the city’s most famous nightlife neighborhoods.

Stop at the famous Godzilla Head for photos and a short explanation of how this landmark became one of Kabukicho’s most recognizable symbols. This is a fun highlight and a popular photo point for visitors exploring Shinjuku at night.

Before we return to Shinjuku Station, our guests will go to Golden Gai, a historic network of narrow alleys lined with tiny bars and retro storefronts. Our guests will experience one of Tokyo’s most distinctive nightlife areas while learning about its unique character, atmosphere, and bar culture.

We will return to the meeting point to wrap up the tour for that day.
