This experience is a self-guided journey through our Himalayan salt sauna, group cold plunge pools, and herbal tea lounge. Guests are free to move between heat and cold at their own pace, creating a rhythm that feels right for them.
Throughout the session, a guide tends the sauna stove, introducing steam infused with essential oils and gently circulating heat and aroma through the space. The guide also offers thoughtful service moments along the way, such as iced tea and frozen grapes, to enhance rest and refreshment.
