Experience an authentic “Tai-meshi” (sea bream rice) set meal showcasing the seasonal flavors of Saga. The first dish features seven dishes — appetizer, “Yuki-no-Oto Tofu,” small chawanmushi , Nimono (simmered vegetable), sashimi, and two chef’s choice dishes. And for the second dish, you can choose one type of sea bream rice from three varieties. A glass of Japanese sake from a Saga sake brewery is included as an aperitif.
