The Ibleo Garden is the oldest in the city, located on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Irminio Valley and the Iblei Mountains. Featuring tree-lined avenues, fountains, war memorials, and churches, it is a peaceful oasis of relaxation in the heart of the historic center.

The Cathedral of Saint Giorgio is the symbol of Ragusa, located in the heart of Ibla and preceded by a spectacular staircase. The Baroque church is famous for its 18th-century artworks, impressive organ, and the statue of Saint George on horseback with his reliquary.

The Portal of San Giorgio is the only architectural element that survived the earthquake that destroyed much of the city. Built in Gothic-Catalan style with light pink stone, it is decorated with carved motifs, and its central part depicts the famous scene of Saint George fighting the dragon, a symbol of the city and its history.

The Church of San Giacomo is located in the historic center and stands on an ancient temple. Its interior impresses with a wooden ceiling, Corinthian columns, statues, and precious paintings, making it a fine example of sacred art.
